Early in our firm's history, we researched mid-market and corporate businesses to better understand what planning and management processes worked well to focus a company's direction and to actually implement competitive strategies. Our learning was then crafted into the Growth Management Process. Loren Smith, David Sibbet, Terry Robuck, Jack Sime, Stan Peterson, Gil Faust, Bob and Rob Eskridge all had a hand in its development. Since its inception in the early 80's, we've continually updated this approach with new techniques and examples to reflect the changing economic situation and emerging trends in planning and plan implementation.
